Dukan Fritters for the “Attack” Stage

Composition:

  • chicken egg - 1 pc .;
  • low-fat yogurt - 40 ml;
  • oat bran - 30 g;
  • baking powder for dough - 3 g;

  • vegetable oil - for greasing the pan.

Method of preparation:

The classic recipe for Ducane pancakes on kefir

Composition:

  • defatted kefir - 0, 25 l;
  • oat bran - 30 g;
  • wheat gluten (or an adequate amount of wheat bran) - 15 g;
  • dry baker's yeast - 5 g;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
  • corn starch - 20 g;
  • salt, sweetener - to taste;
  • olive oil - how much will it take to fry.

Method of preparation:

  • Remove kefir from the refrigerator in advance and place it closer to the stove or battery so that it will be at room temperature or even slightly warmer by the time the dough is prepared.
  • Add the sugar substitute and yeast to the kefir. Stir. Leave for 20 minutes in a warm place.
  • Chop bran to flour.
  • Break eggs, separating yolks from proteins.
  • Yolks add to kefir. Whisk with a whisk.
  • Enter starch and bran. Stir until a homogeneous composition.

Dukan Liver Fritters

Composition:

  • beef or chicken liver - 0, 5 kg;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc .;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • corn starch - 40 g;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • cooking oil for frying - how much will go.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash the meat by-product, peel off the film, cut out the vascular formations, cut into chunks of medium size. Grind, skipping through a meat grinder.
  • Peel the onion, cut it into 4 parts, turn it through the meat grinder. Mix the onion puree with the liver mass.

Dukan Cabbage Fritters

Composition:

  • oat bran - 60 g;
  • white cabbage - 0, 3 kg;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc .;
  • salt - to taste;
  • oil - how much will go.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash cabbage, shred as little as possible. Salted, well remember hands.
  • Break the egg, mix with the crushed bran.
  • Combine the resulting mixture with cabbage, mix.
