  • wheat flour - 0, 35 kg;
  • water - 0, 2 l;
  • dry yeast - 10 g;
  • sugar - 10 g;
  • salt - 2-3 g;
  • vegetable oil - 60 ml for the dough and 20 ml for the sauce;
  • tomatoes - 0, 4 kg;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • onions - 75 g;
  • champignons - 0, 3 kg;
  • dried basil - 10 g;
  • mozzarella cheese - 100 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Sift the flour and mix it with yeast, salt and sugar.
  • Pour in warm water and oil, knead the dough. You will need to knead for at least a quarter of an hour, as it is necessary to obtain a homogeneous consistency, without lumps.
  • When the dough stops sticking to the hands, roll a ball out of it and leave it for an hour, covering it with cling film.
  • As long as the dough fits and increases in volume, make tomato pizza paste. To do this, scald the tomatoes and remove the skin from them, chop the flesh in a blender. Finely chop the onion and garlic, fry them, sprinkled with basil, until soft. Beat together with tomato puree. Salt and pepper slightly. Return to the pan and simmer on low heat until the tomato puree turns into a thick tomato paste.
  • Roll the dough into a large flat circle with a diameter of about 50 cm or divide it in half and roll two circles with a diameter of about 30 cm. The second option is preferable, as a 50-centimeter pizza will not go into any oven.
  • Turn on the oven so that it warms up to at least 250 degrees. Place a baking sheet or a special pizza tray in the oven so that they become hot.
  • While the oven is warming up, prepare the mushrooms by washing them, dried and cut into thin plates.
  • Take out the red-hot baking sheet, sprinkle flour on it and put the pizza cake on it.

Pizza with champignons and bell peppers


  • wheat flour - 0, 3 kg;
  • olive oil - 80 ml;
  • water - 125 ml;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • greens (to taste) - 50 g;
  • ketchup - 25 g;
  • pitted olives - 50 g;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 0, 2 kg;
  • champignons - 0, 3 kg;
  • hard cheese - 120 g;
  • butter - 25 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Mix warm water, 60 ml of vegetable oil, salt and flour, kneading fresh unleavened dough. Roll it out to make two flat cakes approximately 4 mm thick. Take them in the middle.
  • Butter baking paper, lay it on a baking sheet, put flat cakes on it.
  • Finely chop the onion, fry it until soft in butter.
  • Mix the onions with ketchup, spread the resulting sauce flat bread.
  • Cut the champignons into thin slices. Spread them on cakes.
  • Wash the pepper, remove the seeds from it. Cut into strips and sprinkle it over the mushrooms.
  • Finely rub the cheese and sprinkle it with mushrooms and pepper. If you want to cook a vegetarian pizza, then skip this step and immediately lay out the following layers.
  • Cut the canned green olives into rings. Decorate them with pizza.
  • Chop the greens and sprinkle the billet on it.
  • Preheat the oven and put the pan in it. Bake for 15 minutes at maximum temperature.

  • olive oil - 50 ml;
  • pressed yeast - 20 g;
  • water - 150 ml;

  • ketchup - 50 ml;
  • tomatoes - 0, 2 kg;
  • champignons - 0, 2 kg;
  • sausage (salami) - 50 g;
  • pitted olives - 50 g;
  • cheese (hard) - 100 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Pour salt and sugar in a bowl, put the yeast.
  • Fill with warm water, wait until the yeast begins to dissolve.
  • Mix with oil.
  • Sift flour and, gradually adding it to a bowl of yeast, knead the dough.
  • Cover the dough with a napkin and place for an hour in a warm place.
  • Punch the dough and roll it into a circle with a diameter with a baking sheet.
  • Coat the dough with ketchup.
  • Cut the tomatoes into circles, olives into rings, sausage into small pieces of arbitrary shape, and mushrooms into thin plates.
  • Place the first sausage, spreading it over the pizza base evenly.
  • Spread the mushrooms over the sausage.
  • Place tomatoes and olives on top.
  • Sprinkle with pre-grated cheese.
  • Preheat the oven to the maximum and place a pizza tray in it. Bake for 10-15 minutes to melt the cheese and cover the pizza with an appetizing layer.

  • chicken fillet - 0, 2 kg;
  • mayonnaise - 50 ml;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • tomatoes - 0, 2 kg;
  • cheese - 100 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Sift flour, mix it with salt and yeast.
  • In another bowl, mix warm water and oil.
  • Combine the ingredients, knead the dough. In an hour, roll it into a round thin (but not thinner than 3 mm) layer.
  • Boil the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces.
  • Dice onion, mushrooms in thin slices.
  • Fry the mushrooms with the mushrooms in butter until all the liquid is out of the mushrooms.
  • Mix the mushrooms with the chicken.
  • Thinly slice the tomatoes.
  • Smear dough with mayonnaise, put tomatoes on top, put mushrooms and chicken on them, sprinkle all with finely grated cheese.
