Ingredients:

  • flour - 2, 5 tbsp .;
  • dry yeast - 1 tsp;
  • warm water - 1 tbsp .;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • olive or any vegetable oil - 40 g.

Method of preparation

  • Mix in a cup of yeast and sugar with a small amount of warm water. Leave for 10 minutes.
  • Put the flour in a bowl, mix with salt. Make a crater in the middle in the middle. Add yeast diluted with sugar, butter and remaining water.
  • With a wooden spoon, start the batch. Once the liquid is completely mixed with the flour, continue kneading the dough with your hands. Try not to have lumps in the dough. To do this, it is recommended to knock out on a cutting board or table until it acquires the desired elasticity and no longer sticks to your hands.

Hawaiian Pizza with Chicken, Pineapples and Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • pizza dough (recipe see above) - 250-300 g;
  • smoked chicken breast or chicken drumstick - 1 pc .;
  • fresh champignons - 50 g;
  • canned pineapple - 100 g;
  • cheese - 150 g;
  • greens - a small bunch;
  • vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. l .;
  • tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • Red pepper and spices to taste.

Method of preparation

  • Knead the pizza dough. Put it in a bowl, cover with cling film.
  • As long as the dough fits, have a filling. Remove the skin from the chicken leg, remove the fat. If you use chicken breast, separate it from the bone. Chicken fillet cut into squares.
  • Remove the canned pineapples from the jar, wait until the liquid flows. Cut into plates or cubes.
  • Wash champignons, pat dry with paper towel. Cut into thin slices.
  • Finely chop the greens.
  • Roll out the dough in the form of a not very thin round layer, transfer it to a baking sheet greased with butter.
  • Lubricate the surface of the cake with ketchup. Then spread chicken in an even layer. Put sliced ​​mushrooms on it. Cover them with pineapple slices. Sprinkle with herbs, pepper and spices.
  • Rub the cheese on a medium grater, put it on the pizza.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 °, put a pizza tray in it. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • pizza dough (recipe see above) - 250-300 g;
  • pre-boiled chicken breast - 200 g;
  • bacon - 100 g;
  • cheese - 100 g;
  • canned pineapples - 100-120 g;
  • tomato paste or ketchup - 1-2 tbsp. l .;
  • dry oregano - 0, 3 tsp;
  • salt.

Method of preparation

  • Prepare yeast pizza dough according to the recipe above. Put in a bowl, cover with a warm towel or cling film, let it go well. Take care of the filling.
  • Chilled chicken fillet and bacon cut into plates.
  • Remove the tinned pineapples from the jar, place on the sieve so that the glass has excess liquid, then cut it into slices.
  • Rub the cheese on a medium grater.
  • Roll the dough into a thin round layer. Place in the form with the sides, covered with parchment or greased with vegetable oil.
  • Cover the base of the future pizza with a thin layer of tomato paste or ketchup. Sprinkle with ground oregano. Lay out the chicken pieces and bacon. Spread pineapples on top of the meat. Cover all this splendor with an even layer of cheese.
  • Put pizza in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 °. Hot cut into portions and immediately serve on the table.

Hawaiian Pizza with Chicken, Pineapple and Tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • pizza dough (see recipe above) - 250-300 g;
  • canned tomatoes - 200 g;
  • sugar - 0, 3 tsp;
  • fresh pineapple - 200 g;
  • boiled chicken fillet - 200 g;
  • ham - 150 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 0, 5 pcs .;
  • onion - 0, 5 pcs .;
  • cheese - 200 g;
  • fresh tomatoes - 1-2 pcs .;
  • dried oregano - 0, 3 tsp;
  • dried basil - 0, 3 tsp;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l

Method of preparation

  • Knead dough made from flour, yeast, sugar, salt, oil and water (recipe given at the beginning of the article). Let the dough rise well.
  • Cook the tomato sauce. Peel tomatoes, put in a blender. Add chopped garlic and basil. Grind to a state of mashed potatoes. Pour it into the pan with the heated butter. Put the sugar. While stirring, simmer for a few minutes until the mass becomes thicker. Cool it down.
  • Roll out the dough on the table in the form of a thin round layer. Transfer to a pan, greased with oil, or place in a mold with low sides, also oiled or covered with parchment.
  • Cut chicken and ham into thin strips.
  • Onions and peeled seeds should be chopped into strips. Fresh tomatoes and pineapple cut into slices.
  • Grease the pizza base with cool sauce. Sprinkle with oregano.
  • Spread chicken meat and ham evenly across it. Cover them with onions and peppers. Lay the next layer of tomatoes. Cover them with pineapple slices. Sprinkle all this abundantly with grated cheese.
  • Place in a preheated 200 ° oven and bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
