Homemade shortbread in the oven is a great alternative to grocery bakery products, although of course, if you follow the figure, then you shouldn't get carried away. Well, if you wanted to cook something delicious for tea, without spending a lot of time and effort, then homemade cookies - the very thing. If desired, you can cover it with icing or powdered with powdered sugar, ground cinnamon. Freshly baked cookies are soft and crumbly, and after a few days it becomes crispy.
List of ingredients:
- 3 chicken eggs;
- 180 g margarine;
- 1 cup of sugar;
- 3 cups flour;
- 0, 5 tsp. soda, hydrated vinegar.
Cooking
1. Take a suitable dish and beat three eggs, then add sugar and whisk.
2. Melt margarine in a water or steam bath. However, if there is a possibility, replace margarine with butter - the cookies will be much tastier. Pour the melted butter in a bowl to the eggs and sugar, mix.
3. Slowly mix the sifted wheat flour, simultaneously stirring with a whisk.
4. Measure out the right amount of baking soda.
5. It should be extinguished by pouring a small amount of table vinegar into a spoon. After the soda starts to sizzle, send it to the rest of the ingredients.
6. Knead a thick, but not too stiff dough. Due to the large amount of fat, it will not stick to the hands, so it may not be necessary to use flour at all.
7. Tear off a small piece of dough and roll it out with a rolling pin.
8. Use special cookie cutters or plain glass to cut dough figures.
9. Cover the baking sheet with parchment and grease it with vegetable oil, then lay out the dough pieces tightly to each other. Keep in mind that when baking, they will increase slightly in size.
10. Bake at 200 degrees in the oven for 30 minutes, the degree of zazharki can be adjusted as desired. More fried crunchy biscuits, but less fried, softer and crumbles in the mouth.
