Many of us are familiar with fast food, and some are ardent fans of it. It is good that most of the fast food dishes can be cooked with your own hands at home, not only that without loss of taste, but also from fresh, proven products. 1. Take the cooled chicken wings, rinse them and dry with a towel. Cut all the excess, for example, the tips of the wings, in which there is no meat.
2. Then cut the wings into two parts along the joint. It is easy to make a large sharp knife.
3. Pour wheat flour and starch into the bowl, mix them. Starch will keep moisture inside the wings, they will turn out crisp, but juicy inside.
4. Salting the wings is not necessary - salt draws moisture. Just pour the flour with starch in a bowl with wings.
5. Mix everything thoroughly. Flour with starch should completely cover the wings. Leave them for half an hour, you can put on the grid.
6. Cover the baking sheet with foil. Shake off any flour from each wing and place them on the foil. Pour a couple of spoons of vegetable oil into the bowl, lightly brush each piece with a cooking brush. Send to oven preheated to 230 degrees and wait 25-30 minutes.
7. Carefully remove the hot baking tray and turn the wings over to the other side. Also grease the pieces with vegetable oil. Send in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
8. Prepare the sauce or take it ready. You can take ketchup or twisted tomatoes, add a couple beds of apple cider vinegar, spices, dried herbs. For spice, you can add red pepper. Also, if the sauce is unsalted, add salt. The recipe used a sharp adjika, which itself is quite salty.
9. Transfer the hot wings like in KFC to a bowl, let them cool down a bit.
10. Pour the sauce from the bowl to the wings and mix everything.
11. Put on a dish with the sauce and serve.
