If you prepare a cold dessert without an ice cream maker, then the liquid that is in its composition freezes in the form of small crystals, and such ice cream will not be soft, but “prickly”. Partially the problem is solved by several additional beatings with a mixer during freezing. Although it cannot be said that such an ice cream will be “like a store”, there is no other alternative to the ice cream maker.

Ingredients:

  • cream (fat content not less than 30%) - 200 ml;
  • banana - 1 pc .;
  • powdered sugar to taste.

1. To make ice cream, you must first prepare the products.

2. Place the cream in a beater. It is very important that the product is cold enough, but not frozen. Also, to obtain a good result, it is worthwhile to place the container and the whisk in the freezer for a few minutes, so that they too are cooled.

3. Begin to whip the cream. Depending on the fat content and the manufacturer, this process takes from 2 to 5 minutes.

4. Whipped cream should keep its shape well and not spread.

5. Peel banana and break it into several pieces.

6. Using a blender, grind banana into mush.

7. Add to the banana whipped cream and powdered sugar to taste, knead well.

8. Put the mixture in a small container and place it in the freezer for an hour. After that, you need to get a bowl and grind the future ice cream again with an immersion blender to get rid of ice crystals.

9. After 3-4 hours in the freezer, banana ice cream will be completely ready. Serve to the table, sprinkle with grated chocolate on top.
