Method of preparation:

  • Beat with a mixer or blender, gradually introducing yogurt.
  • Spread the dough in molds, filling them in half, a maximum of two-thirds. The dough during baking will rise.
  • Put the baking sheet with the forms in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Bake muffins for 20-25 minutes. Their readiness can be checked with a wooden toothpick. If it remains dry after dipping in the dough, the muffins are ready.
  • Remove the muffins from the molds, put them on the dish.
  • Dilute lemon juice with water, add sweetener. Heat by stirring until the sweetener dissolves. Water the resulting syrup muffins.

Baking prepared according to this recipe can be included in the menu from the very first stage of the Dukan diet. From the second stage, flax seeds can be added to the dough.

  • low-fat cottage cheese - 0, 2 kg;
  • skimmed milk powder - 20 g;
  • corn starch - 40 g;
  • sugar substitute - to taste;
  • baking powder for dough - 5 g;
  • vanillin - 1 g;
  • cinnamon - 1 g;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.

Method of preparation:

  • Cottage cheese whisk with a blender or rub through a sieve.
  • Separate the egg yolk from the protein.
  • Combine yolk with cottage cheese, pound.
  • Mash tablets of sweetener, mix with starch, baking powder and powdered milk. Add to the dry mixture vanilla and cinnamon, mix.

  • baking powder for dough - 7 g;
  • sweetener - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Grind bran, mix with cocoa powder and baking powder.
  • Dissolve sugar substitute with a teaspoon of water, mix with kefir. Use kefir, not all, leave about a tablespoon of this product.
  • Whisk the egg with a whisk, mix with kefir, beat together.
