Salad “Mimosa” is considered a culinary classic. This beautiful and tasty layered salad can often be seen on a festive table. It is not surprising, because it is easy to prepare, the list of ingredients necessary for its preparation is available, and the taste is very delicate. There are a lot of variations of salad, each hostess adds something at their discretion, but the classic set of ingredients necessarily includes canned fish, potatoes and eggs. Today we decided to present to your attention a step-by-step recipe “Mimosa”.
Ingredients
- canned fish (saury or mackerel) - 1 jar,
- boiled potatoes in a uniform - 2 pcs. medium size,
- boiled carrots - 1 pc. medium size,
- chicken egg - 3 pcs.,
- green onions - a few feathers,
- mayonnaise - for refueling,
- salt - to taste.
Cooking
1. Prepare all products listed.
2. Remove the canned fish from the oil, knead with a fork.
3. Eggs clean. Separate the whites from the yolks.
4. Rub the squirrels grated.
5. Carrot clean. Grate.
6. My bow. Drain. Finely cut.
7. Clean potatoes. Grate.
After everything has been prepared for the salad, proceed to the assembly of the salad.
8. At the bottom of the salad bowl lay out the fish.
9. We put squirrels on the fish. We grease with a small amount of mayonnaise.
10. The next layer is carrot. A little salt and grease with mayonnaise.
11. Spread green onions on carrots.
