The recipe for the Bunito salad was invented by the chefs of the popular pizza restaurant Celentano. This appetizer is only remotely similar to the dishes of Italian cuisine and has never belonged to them. It combines the refined taste of boiled chicken breast, the tenderness of eggs, savory notes of cheese and the sharpness of Korean carrots. Such a controversial range is largely characteristic of Russian cuisine, it is not by chance that the Bunito salad was so fond of our countrymen. Many housewives began to prepare it at home, changing the composition for the sake of experiment. As a result, new variations of the popular starters have appeared, which have won their fans.

Cooking Features

Simplicity is often peculiar to culinary masterpieces. The recipe for the salad "Bunito" is extremely simple, but this snack can be spoiled, if you do not know some moments.

  • If you are boiling chicken breast for a salad, dip it in already boiling water. Otherwise, you will get a tasty broth, and poultry meat will not be enough tender and juicy.
  • To prevent the chicken from winding down, do not remove it from the broth ahead of time - let it cool down in it.
  • Korean-style carrots are not difficult to cook on your own, but if you do not have time for this, you can use the purchase. Give preference to products of proven manufacturers, be sure to study the composition, pay attention to the shelf life.
  • Marinade, in which Korean carrots are located, must be drained before adding the vegetable to the salad.
  • “Bunito” is a layered salad. If the products before serving snacks to the table do not have time to soak in the sauce, it will not be enough tasty. Cook it in a few hours for the intended feast. If you do not have so much time, mix the products with mayonnaise before making a salad from them.
  • To prevent the layers from “floating”, give preference to fatty mayonnaise and use it in moderation.
  • Salad will be better to keep the shape and will not spoil longer if the products are cooled to room temperature before being added to it.
  • Try not to digest eggs, otherwise the yolks will be covered with a grayish bloom, which will adversely affect the appearance of the dish.

When using new recipes for “Bunito” salad, different from the classic one, invented in “Celentano”, the technology of cooking snacks can also differ from the original one.

Classic salad recipe “Bunito” (as in “Celentano”)

Composition:

  • chicken breast fillet - 0, 4 kg;
  • chicken egg - 6 pcs .;
  • Korean carrots - 150 g;
  • hard cheese - 150 g;
  • salt - to taste;
  • mayonnaise - 150 ml.

Method of preparation:

  • Boil and cool the chicken breast, cut it into small cubes.
  • Eggs boil hard boiled. Put under a stream of cold water. So they cool down faster and will be easy to clean.
  • Remove the eggshell from the eggs, remove the yolks. Chop up the whites and yolks separately using a grater with small holes.
  • On the same grater, chop the cheese, putting it in a separate plate.
  • Put the Korean salad in a colander, squeeze it slightly, let it drain.
  • In the center of a large dish, place a hoop designed for baking cakes.
  • Put the chicken pieces inside the hoop, brush them with the sauce.
  • Put the carrots on the chicken, smear it with mayonnaise.
  • Pour the cheese on the carrot, smooth it out by brushing it with the sauce.
  • Mix squirrels with mayonnaise, put on the cheese.
  • Remove the baking dish, sprinkle the salad on all sides with yolks.

It remains to decorate the snack to your liking, let it brew in the fridge for at least 1, 5 hours, after which the salad can be served at the table.

Bunito Salad from Smoked Chicken

Composition:

  • smoked chicken breast - 0, 5 kg;
  • Korean carrots - 0, 3 kg;
  • processed cheese - 0, 2 kg;
  • chicken egg - 5 pcs .;
  • mayonnaise - 0, 2 l.

Method of preparation:

  • Eggs boil hard boiled, cool in cold water, clean. Squirrels and yolks rub in different plates.
  • Rub the melted cheese into a separate plate. To grind it was easier, put in front of it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
  • Clean the chicken breast from the skin, separate the meat from the bones and cartilage, cut into small cubes.
  • Remove the carrots from the marinade, squeeze.
  • Lay layers of chicken, carrot, cheese, whites and yolks in a bowl or in a salad bowl. All layers, except the last, promagte sauce.

Salad prepared according to this recipe has a more savory taste than the classic one, but melted cheese softens it a little.

Salad "Bunito" with the language

Composition:

  • boiled beef or pork tongue - 0, 2 kg;
  • Korean carrots - 150 g;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
  • hard cheese - 150 g;
  • olives, cherry tomatoes - to taste;
  • mayonnaise - how much will go.

Method of preparation:

  • Peel the boiled tongue, cut into strips, put in the salad bowl in the first layer.
  • Brush with mayonnaise, cover with Korean carrot.
  • Chop hard boiled eggs on a grater.
  • Smear carrots with sauce, lay eggs on it, pour them with mayonnaise.
  • Sprinkle grated on a grated cheese.
  • Tomatoes and large olives cut in half, spread on a salad or on its perimeter.

The taste of this salad is inimitable, but it is as gentle and savory at the same time as the taste of the real “Bunito”.

How to decorate a salad

To give the salad “Bunito” an even shape, it is spread in layers inside a special culinary hoop. Then the snack resembles a cake. In the absence of the abovementioned fixture, the salad can be collected on a dish stencil or made in a transparent salad bowl. Beautiful salad can be issued in this case.

  • Most often, for the decoration of “Bunito” salad, use long strips of carrots, folding them into rings and wrapping them around the perimeter of the salad. Inside each carrot ringlets you can put a berry or half of olives, squeeze mayonnaise out of a cooking syringe.
  • Instead of carrot rings, you can make rings of olives or sweet pepper, place them on the surface of the salad, squeeze out the sauce in the middle of each ring.
  • Egg flowers are also a common option for the Bunito salad.

If you move away from the snack decoration tradition, you can draw a lattice on its surface with the help of mayonnaise, fill the cells with colorful pieces of vegetables. Then the snack will look like an Italian pizza.
