  • hard cheese - 150 g;
  • processed cheese - 100 g;
  • butter - 100 g;
  • refined vegetable oil - 20-30 ml;
  • crab sticks - 100 g;
  • mayonnaise - 50 ml;
  • green onions - 50 g;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Break one chicken egg into a clean bowl, add a large pinch of salt to it. Spread it.
  • Hard cheese finely grate. Put the third part aside, add the rest to the egg, whisk the products with a whisk.
  • Remove the oil from the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes soft by the time the snack is prepared.
  • Put the softened butter on the cheese and the egg, beat with a mixer.
  • Mix the resulting mass with pre-sifted flour and knead the dough. It should be smooth, lump-free, soft, but not sticky.
  • Make a bun from the dough, wrap it with cling film and put it in the fridge for 30-60 minutes to make it a little tighter.
  • Divide the dough into 8-10 pieces.
  • Grease the molds. Put them in pieces of dough and distribute it on the bottom and walls.
  • Pierce the bottom of the dough with a fork in several places.
  • Heat oven to 200 degrees. Send in it forms with the text. Bake baskets for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the molds from the oven, let the baskets cool slightly, remove the tartlets from the molds.
  • Cut the crab sticks into small cubes.
  • Largely grated melted cheese.
  • Boil the remaining two eggs. Cool by placing under a stream of cold water. Peel, finely chop with a knife.
  • Wash green onions, shake off water and place on a towel so that it dries quickly. Finely chop it.
  • Combine chopped crab sticks, eggs, green onions and melted cheese. Add mayonnaise to them, mix.
  • Spread the salad on tartlets, sprinkle them with the remaining hard cheese.
  • Return the tartlets to the oven for a few minutes so that the cheese melts.

Composition:

  • tartlets - 8-10 pcs .;
  • crab sticks - 100 g;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
  • processed cheese - 120-140 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • fresh greens, salt, mayonnaise - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Chop frozen crab sticks on a grater with large holes.
  • Eggs boil hard boiled. Place a saucepan with them under a stream of cold water so that they cool faster. Free them from the shell, rub it.
  • Grind grated melted cheese.
  • Cheese, surimi and eggs fold in a bowl.

  • mayonnaise - 60-80 ml.

Method of preparation:

  • Crab sticks cut into small pieces of cubic shape.
  • Grind the pickled cucumbers in the same way.

  • Cheese rub with large chips.
