Stuffed dishes always look rich and festive, be it a duck with apples or a simple zucchini with a filling.
Zucchini stuffed with krill meat is a dish of those who are called "in haste". Of course, it’s impossible to call it a budget, but if you average the cost of all the ingredients for a completely non-small portion, which turns out to be a result, then it will not fall into the category of delicacies. About 15 minutes will be spent on preparing food (not counting the cooking time for rice), another 30 minutes for baking - and you can have a small family party with an original dish as a snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini;
- 1 jar of krill meat (about 100-110 g);
