Method of preparation:

  • Boil the chicken, cut it, separating the meat from the bones, removing the skin from it. Cut into small pieces, put in a bowl.
  • Cook hard boiled eggs, place them under a stream of cold water so that they cool down faster and clean well. Remove the eggshell from the eggs, cut them into cubes of medium size, add to the chicken.
  • Wash mushrooms, blot with a napkin, cut into plates. Fry in vegetable oil. They will be ready when the liquid evolved from the pan evaporates. Put the mushrooms in a plate, leave to cool. Wash and dry the pan, preparing for roasting other products.
