Omelet with broccoli and cheese in the oven is a tasty and light dish that can be cooked for breakfast as well as for dinner. Especially this dish will appeal to those who adhere to the diet - because here all the ingredients are low-calorie, almost one protein and fiber. Broccoli can be used fresh or frozen, only in the second case it is necessary to thaw the vegetable in half at room temperature.
List of ingredients:
- 150 g broccoli cabbage,
- 5 chicken eggs,
- 1, 5 tbsp. l flour,
- 70 ml of milk,
- 1 tsp. salt,
- 0, 5 tsp. butter,
- 50 g of hard cheese.
Cooking
1. To begin with, we divide the broccoli cabbage into florets and rinse. Then transfer it to the pan, cover it with water, add some salt and blanch it for 3 minutes after boiling water. After that, fold the cabbage into a colander, then fill it with cold water - then the broccoli will be bright emerald green.
2. In a deep bowl, hammer in chicken eggs, add a little salt, pepper. Add flour and add milk.
3. Whip everything thoroughly with a whisk, making sure that there are no lumps of flour left. Let the omelette mass stand for 10 minutes.
4. Grease the baking dish with a piece of butter, then put the broccoli into pieces.
5. Pour broccoli with egg mass. Send the form in preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.
6. While the omelette is baking, grate hard cheese. You can use any variety, but in this recipe was to use hard cheese with nuts - it turned out incredibly tasty.
