Ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour,
- 50 g of oatmeal,
- 1 package of coconut chips (30 g),
- 100 g sugar,
- 1 tsp. baking powder,
- 1 egg,
- 2 tbsp. l kefir,
- 50 g margarine.
Cooking
1. Cut margarine into pieces and melt in a microwave or steamed. Add sugar to it.
2. Spread it. Beat in the egg.
3. Mix well.
4. Add the remaining ingredients and knead the dough.
5. Roll it into a layer with a thickness of about a centimeter. Squeeze the circles in it with a faceted glass, you can use a regular mug, then the cookie will be slightly larger in diameter.
6. Cover the baking sheet with greased parchment. Put on it the resulting circles. Put the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Send the pan to it.
7. Baked cookies quickly. When it turns golden, and it will happen in about 20 minutes, remove it from the oven. Then cool and help yourself. Immediately, when the cookies are still warm, coconut chips are practically not felt in them. But then, when it cools, it also hardens and is already very well felt. Cookies become more crumbly and tasty.
