Method of preparation:

  • Fish is filleted. Wash fillets. Pat dry with a napkin. Cut it into portions.

  • Onion, freeing from the husk, cut into thin half-rings.
  • Pepper seeds, cut into approximately the same pieces as onions.

  • Add pepper, fry vegetables together for 2-3 minutes. Add cod.

Composition:

  • zucchini - 0, 2 kg;

  • sour cream - 120 ml;

Method of preparation:

  • chicken egg - 2 pcs .;

Method of preparation:

  • Wash cod, dry, cut into small pieces.
  • Onion, freeing from the husk, cut into half rings.
  • Wash the potatoes, peel, cut into cubes of about 1.5 cm.

  • Carrots, peeled, cut into strips.
