The basis of the liqueur - the famous Irish whiskey and natural animal cream, as well as sugar, vanilla and some other ingredients. Gentle and perfectly balanced taste of weak (17%) alcoholic beverage is loved by many ladies, however, the representatives of the stronger sex are not ashamed to admit that they definitely like this creamy liqueur. If you know how to drink “Beyliz” correctly, it is almost impossible not to get pleasure from its use.

Varieties of Beylize liquor

The Beyliz family of liqueurs is represented by 4 types of drink. They differ in the presence of certain additives to the basic composition.

  • Baileys the Original - has an original creamy taste, does not use additional aramatizers in its manufacture;
  • Baileys Mint Chocolate - made with the addition of mint and chocolate;
  • Baileys Creme Caramel - has a creamy caramel flavor;
  • Baileys Coffee - has a coffee flavor, produced with the addition of coffee.

The most famous is the original “Beyliz”, but its other varieties have numerous fans.

Usage Features

Being a dessert liqueur, “Beyliz” obeys the general rules of their use.

  • The optimum temperature of the drink is 18-20 degrees. If it happens that the bottle has reached a temperature above room temperature, it is not accepted to put it in the refrigerator. You can cool the drink by adding a couple of ice cubes to the glass or moving the bottle to a cool place. The first allows you to cool the liquor quickly, but dilutes its taste, the second can be resorted to only when there is at least a few hours in stock.
  • “Beyliz” refers to digestives - beverages that improve appetite and are served after meals. Liqueur is appropriate to offer in the company with a dessert. For dinner, it is not served, as its sweet taste in tune with the main dishes. As an aperitif, liqueur is also not used, as it can interrupt the appetite.
  • You can drink Beyliz in its pure form, diluted with strong alcohol, along with coffee, as part of cocktails. It is impossible to dilute cream liqueur with sour and carbonated drinks, because of this the cream will roll up, which will make the drink tasteless and unattractive in appearance. Coffee can be alternated with liqueur or add “Beyliz” directly to the cup with a drink. In this case, sugar and cream are not put into coffee - liquor successfully replaces both. Dilution with strong alcohol makes liquor more attractive to men. It goes well with whiskey and vodka.
  • For use in its pure form, Beyliz is poured into small liqueur glasses, their capacity is 25-50 ml. When the liquor is diluted with ice, wine glasses or martini glasses are selected for it. Cocktails are poured into special cocktail containers. Shots are prepared in liqueur glasses or small cups. Long drinks can be served in toggle switches - low wide glasses.

In order not to interrupt and not spoil the taste of liquor, it is necessary to know not only how to drink it properly, but also what is better to eat.
