Chicken tobacco at home is prepared within 12 hours, taking into account the process of pickling, but the result is worth it! After all, the bird turns out to be very fragrant and rich in spices, juicy, with an appetizing golden crust. The tobacco chicken recipe is good because you can independently adjust the amount of spices at your discretion - you can add more red pepper and make the dish more spicy or, for example, use green garlic arrows instead of garlic, which will make the taste very piquant and interesting.

Ingredients:

  • chicken - 1 pc. (400-500 g);
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • paprika - 0.5 tsp;
  • hot red pepper - 2 chips;
  • a mixture of ground peppers - 0, 5 tsp;
  • lemon - 0, 5 pcs .;
  • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • garlic - 3 tooth .;
  • a mixture of Italian herbs - 0, 5 tsp;
  • parsley - 0, 5 bunch.

3. With the help of a chopping hammer, we soften the meat fibers, intensively beating off the chicken on both sides (we pre-cover it with a cling film). It is advisable to beat the flat side of the hammer to preserve the integrity of the skin.

4. Sprinkle the carcass from all sides with spices and garlic, passed through a press.

5. Lubricate the chicken with vegetable oil and wrap it in food foil.

6. Place the bird on a large flat dish and put it in this form in the fridge to marinate for 12 hours.

7. After the indicated time we remove the film, heat the pan red hot and fry the chicken on both sides on medium heat for 15 minutes on each side, pressing down the carcass with a press. As a press, you can use, for example, a jar of water placed on a flat plate.

8. Immediately after cooking, grease chicken with a garlic dressing made on the basis of butter, in which the bird was fried - simply connect the butter with chopped parsley and a clove of garlic passed through a press.
