Chicken fillet can be cooked in different ways, for example, make it fried and crispy, or, on the contrary, soft and juicy. It is such as in the second case that tender chicken nuggets are obtained in kefir. You can cook them for dinner, coming home from work, as you do not need to marinate in kefir for a long time. Although, if you plan to prepare nuggets in advance, you can marinate and a few hours.
List of ingredients:
- 350 g chicken fillet,
- 200 ml of kefir,
- 1 tsp. salt,
- 0, 5 tsp. spices,
- 3 tbsp. l flour,
- 5 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
1. Chilled chicken fillet cut into small oblong pieces. You can use frozen fillet, just thaw it in advance in natural conditions.
2. Pour kefir into the bowl, its fat content does not matter. Put the chicken pieces in there and mix well. Marinate for 20-30 minutes.
3. Pour wheat flour for breaded in a plate, you can also take whole grain. You can also use breadcrumbs. If desired, make a double breading, but then you will need a chicken egg and breadcrumbs.
4. One by one, remove the chicken pieces from the kefir and roll them all over in flour. In the meantime, heat the vegetable oil in the pan, preferably refined - it does not contain any pronounced flavors and will not “share” them with the chicken.
5. Carefully place the pieces of meat in the pan, immediately salt and sprinkle with a small amount of spices, but you can do without them. Fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes on low heat.
6. Ready-made chicken nuggets in kefir can first be put on napkins, as they are likely to be fat. Wipes absorb excess oil. Serve nuggets with side dishes, salads, greens. Ideal with meat garlic or mustard sauce.
