Composition:

  • wheat flour - 0, 32 kg;
  • water - 0, 3 l;
  • sugar - 100 g;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • dry yeast - 5 g;
  • vegetable oil - how much will leave.

Method of preparation:

  • Sift flour.
  • Make a well in the flour. Boil the water and let it cool to about 30-40 degrees. While pouring water into the center of the flour, whisk it with a whisk. Continue to beat until the mass becomes homogeneous, without lumps.
  • Add salt, sugar, yeast and mix thoroughly.
  • Put the dough into heat and wait until it almost doubles in volume.

Composition:

  • salt - a pinch;
  • soda - 10 g;
  • lemon juice - 20 ml;
  • raisins - 100 g;
  • vegetable oil - how much will leave.

Method of preparation:

  • Heat the water to about 26-28 degrees, add salt and sugar into it, stir it.
  • Sift the flour and, gradually pouring it into the water and stirring, knead the thick dough.
  • In a small amount of flour, roll the washed and dried raisins, add to the dough and stir.
  • Quench the soda with lemon juice, add to the dough, mix it gently and start baking pancakes.

Fry fritters in a heated frying pan in a sufficient amount of vegetable oil. Lenten fritters cooked according to this recipe are no less lush and tasty than rich.

Fritters on carbonated water without eggs and yeast

Composition:

  • wheat flour - 0, 32 kg;
  • sparkling water - 0, 3 l;
  • honey - 100 g;
  • baking powder for dough - 10 g;
  • vegetable oil - how much will leave.

Method of preparation:

  • Sift flour, pour baking powder into it, mix.
  • Make a well in the flour, pour in a soda, heated to room temperature. Pour in a thin stream, constantly beating the dough with a whisk.
  • Melt the honey to a liquid state, pour it into the dough, mix well.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the dough, stir.
  • Fry in a greased non-stick frying pan, preheating it.

  • water - 0, 2 l;
  • apples - 0, 4 kg;

  • dry yeast - 10 g;

Method of preparation:

  • In warm but not hot water, dissolve salt and sugar. When it cools to 26-28 degrees, add the yeast, mix.
  • Sift flour.
  • Sprinkle the flour in pieces, carefully stirring the dough each time.
  • Grate the apples and place in the dough, mix.
  • Put the dough in a warm place for about an hour.
  • Heat the pan, add butter. Spread the dough in the pan with the spoon, without stirring it.

Composition:

  • wheat flour - 0, 24 kg;
  • oatmeal - 100 g;
  • sugar - 100 g;
  • bananas - 0, 25 kg;
  • ground cinnamon - 5 g;
  • water - 0, 5 l;
  • baking powder for dough - according to the package instructions;
  • vegetable oil - how much will leave.

Method of preparation:

  • Sift flour.
  • Grind oatmeal in a coffee grinder, mix with flour.
  • Add baking powder and sugar, mix.
  • Pour in the water, knead the dough.
  • Pour the cinnamon.
  • Peel the bananas, wipe through a sieve.
