Meat can be baked in large pieces or in portions, most importantly, at the beginning of cooking it should be thoroughly washed, dried and marinated in soy sauce. In addition, spices, dried herbs, garlic, honey, mustard are used to add flavoring notes, but you need to be careful with salt - if the soy sauce is salty, it is likely to over-salt the pork.
