• Pork. You can use any part of the pork: brisket, neck, ribs. Meat can be baked in large pieces or in small pieces. 1. Cut cleaned potatoes into 1.5 cm thick slices. Drain on paper towel.

Method of preparation

1. Mushrooms clean, wash, mode, medium slices.

2. Wash the meat, cut into pieces with a thickness of 1 cm, slightly repelled.
