Baked potato is a dish beloved by many housewives for the taste, aroma, satiety and availability of ingredients. It would seem that the potato she is a potato, and you can bake it in one, maximum three ways. But it turns out that this is far from the case: experimenting with the same ingredients you can get each time different not only in taste, but also in the appearance of the dish, which will conquer you with simplicity of preparation, and your family with excellent taste.
Baked potatoes in the oven with cheese
There are many ways of cooking baked potatoes in the oven with cheese and each of them has its own characteristics.
Pre-tubers are washed, and then, depending on the recipe, they are peeled and cut, or just baked, or pre-boiled, baked, etc.
Cheese for a dish can also be completely different: hard and soft varieties, with and without additives. Cheese is mostly grated or mashed with a fork, but some recipes imply a simple cut.
The remaining ingredients used may also be different. For the garnish, season the potatoes with spices, sprinkle with butter, sprinkle with cheese and bake. For the preparation of a full meal, you can use products such as minced meat, pieces of meat, mushrooms, fish, various vegetables and sauces on a par with potatoes and cheese.
Potatoes are always baked in an oven preheated to 170–200 degrees, the cooking time is individual each time: it all depends on the cutting, additionally used products, and preliminary heat treatment.
Recipe 1. Baked Potatoes in the Oven with “Accordion” Cheese
Ingredients:
• 8 medium sized potatoes;
• 100 grams of butter;
• 200 grams of hard cheese;
• salt, spices, herbs.
Cooking:
1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, using a brush. Drain.
2. Spread on a cutting board, make on each potato transverse deep cuts of about 0.6-0.8 mm at a distance from each other. 3. We melt the butter in a microwave or in a saucepan on the stove, richly grease them for baking.
4. The remaining ghee is mixed with spices, salt and spicy herbs.
5. Cover the spicy butter mixture with each potato, be sure to pour it into the cuts.
6. Spread the potatoes in shape. It is better to use a form of such size that there is no free space left so that the potatoes lie tightly to each other.
7. Sprinkle with finely grated cheese, cover the form with foil.
8. Send the dish to an oven heated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
9. After removing the foil and keeping the potato-accordion in the oven at 160 degrees for another 20 minutes.
Recipe 2. Baked potatoes in the oven with cheese and cream sauce
Ingredients:
• 800 grams of potatoes;
• 400 ml of cream;
• 150 grams of cheese;
• egg;
• 50 ml of sunflower oil;
• garlic, spices and salt to taste.
Cooking:
1. First, rub the cheese on a coarse grater. Half set aside, and mix the other half with cream.
2. Add salt and spices to the creamy potter, we drive in the egg. Stir well.
3. Wash potatoes, peel and cut into circles.
4. Put the potatoes in the form, pre-oiled.
5. Sprinkle the potatoes with oil on top, salt it, pour it with chopped garlic. Stir.
6. Fill the prepared potatoes with the previously prepared creamy filling, sprinkle with the postponed grated cheese.
7. We bake at 190 degrees 40-45 minutes.
Recipe 3. Baked potatoes in the oven with cheese and mushrooms
Ingredients:
• kilogram of potatoes;
• 500 grams of cottage cheese;
• 200 grams of champignons (fresh);
• large onion;
• 50 grams of mayonnaise;
• spices, salt, fresh greens.
Cooking:
1. Wash and clean the potatoes with a brush, put them in a saucepan with water, boil right in the uniform.
2. Carefully remove the finished potatoes from the water, cool them, cut them into two equal parts.
3. Remove the pulp with a spoon, trying not to damage the extreme part of the potato and the peel. 4. We rub the taken out pulp on a large grater.
5. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes, rinse the mushrooms and also grind.
6. Put onion and mushrooms in the pan, add a couple of tablespoons of oil, fry until softened and browned.
7. Shift the fried meat into the container, add the grated potatoes, curd cheese and mayonnaise. Stir.
8. Put in the filling to taste the salt and spices, chopped greens. Stir once again.
9. Fill the potato “boats” with the filling, put everything on a greased baking sheet.
10. Cook the dish for 20 minutes in an oven heated to 180 degrees.
Recipe 4. Baked potatoes in the oven with cheese and minced
Ingredients:
• half a kilo of minced meat;
• 850 grams of potatoes;
• 100 grams of onions;
• salt, spices;
• 150 grams of hard cheese;
• 200 ml sour cream.
Cooking:
1. Mince defrost, knead with salt and pepper.
2. Wash potatoes and onions, peel them. Cut potatoes into thin slices, onion - half rings.
3. We shift the mugs of potatoes in a large bowl, pour in sour cream, throw salt and spices. Stir.
4. Shape the butter with high sides, spread it out in layers: first the potatoes in sour cream, after the minced meat and onion lay on the half rings.
5. Sprinkle with finely grated hard cheese.
6. Send the dish to the oven for about 45 minutes. The temperature regime should be set at 175-180 degrees.
Recipe 5. Baked potatoes in the oven with cheese and bacon
Ingredients:
• 600 grams of potatoes;
• 50 grams of bacon;
• onion;
• 200 grams of sour cream;
• 150 grams of cheddar cheese;
• garlic, spices, salt;
• olive oil.
Cooking:
1. Peel the potatoes, pierce them in several places with a fork.
2. Sprinkle potatoes with spices and salt, sprinkle with oil.
3. Put on a greased baking sheet, bake until done.
4. While the potatoes are being cooked, cut the meat into medium cubes and fry in a heated frying pan with a small amount of butter until it turns red. 5. Pass another finely shredded onion and thinly sliced garlic in another skillet.
6. Prepare cooked potatoes, cut them into two parts, one of which should be larger and the other smaller.
7. We take out from the greater half the flesh, knead it with a fork.
8. Mix mashed potatoes with roasted bacon, onions, garlic, grated cheese (leaving a couple of spoons for the top powder) and sour cream.
9. Add salt and favorite spices to the mass to taste.
10. Stuff the potatoes with the prepared mixture, cover with an improvised lid.
11. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet, sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
12. Bake for literally 12-15 minutes, serve the dish hot.
Recipe 6. Baked potatoes in the oven with cheese, meat and tomatoes
Ingredients:
• 1 kg of potatoes;
• 650 grams of pork (pulp);
• two fleshy large tomatoes;
• 210 grams of cheese;
• spices and salt;
• onion;
• sunflower oil;
• mayonnaise or sour cream.
Cooking:
1. Cut the thoroughly washed and peeled potato tubers into thin slices.
2. We shift in a deep bowl, salt and season with spices and spices to taste.
3. Wash meat, dry with paper towels, cut into small cubes. Also add salt and sprinkle with spices.
4. Peel the onion and cut into thinnest rings.
5. Rinse the tomatoes, wipe and cut into circles.

Ingredients:
• a pound of potatoes;
• spices and salt;
• 400 grams of fish fillet;
• 180 grams of mayonnaise; • olive oil;
• 140 grams of sour cream.
Cooking:
1. Rinse the fish fillets and cut into portions. Salt, seasoned. Quickly fry from both sides in a greased pan until a light blush. We shift on a baking sheet greased with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
2. Spread on top of a thin layer of pre-peeled and cut into thin slices of potatoes. Spread the layer, grease with mayonnaise.
3. Sprinkle liberally with grated cheese.
4. Send a baking sheet with potatoes baked at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
Baked potatoes in the oven with cheese
• Potatoes for roasting are best taken young, intact, without “eyes” and darkening places.
• If you add other ingredients to the potatoes, try not to lay out the potatoes in a thick layer so that it is well baked in the middle and not left damp.
• In order for a whole baked potato with cheese to be tasty and crisp, be sure to sprinkle the tubers with vegetable oil.
• To keep the potato in shape, pierce it before baking with a fork.
• If you are afraid that the potatoes will not bake, but at the same time have time to burn, wrap the dish in foil, removing it only 7-10 minutes before the end of cooking, so that the potatoes turn red, and the melted cheese becomes an appetizing crust of golden color.
