When the first time I caught the eye of such a recipe, I was a little surprised, and how long I did not dare to cook such a dish. Still, the recipe made a separate note just in case.
And as usual, one day I wanted something new and tasty, and I remembered this recipe. In any case, I naturally prepared such dishes, in which I was sure that it would be possible not to leave my family without dinner, and yet began to prepare. And since I had a piece of boiled borscht meat, I decided nevertheless. The result was just dumbfounded.

Recipe 1: meat with cucumbers
Ingredients Required:
- Beef - 400 g;
- cucumbers - 300 g;

First you need to boil a piece of beef and cool it. It is very convenient to use the meat, on the basis of which you cooked, for example, soup or broth. Then you will have a soup, and this is a tasty and original dish.
Coarsely chop the onion and send it to brown in olive oil. But, attention, olive oil does not like to boil! Fry onions on medium heat to a brownish hue. We choose it with a slotted spoon from the pan. Cut thin cold meat into thin strips. I advise you to cut with a well-sharpened knife, so that the pieces are neat. The same straw cut cucumbers. Finely chop the feathers of green onions and mix everything well. Fill with onion oil.
We rub the ginger on a fine grater and mix it with soy sauce, a spoon of lemon and red pepper. Beat easily with a whisk and fill the salad with cooked sauce. Stir, leave for 15-20 minutes to infuse, and sprinkle with sesame. That's all.
Recipe 2: Meat with Cucumbers (Pork)
Ingredients Required:
- pork - 400 g;
- carrots - 1 pc .;
- onions - 3 pcs .;
- pickled cucumbers - 4 pcs .;
- corn oil for roasting - 2 tablespoons l .;
- coriander seeds; marjoram, pepper, salt, tomato paste or sour cream.
Preparation:
Cut pork into small cubes and fry it in hot oil in a wok pan. While our meat will be fried, we will cut onion into half rings and add them to the frying pan. We rub carrots on a terke and there. Stir and continue cooking.
Pickled cucumbers are cut lengthwise and then by half rings. Mix everything, season with spices and cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat. You can also add a couple of allspice.

Ingredients Required:
- pork or veal - 0.5 kg;
- cucumbers - 800 g;
- onions - 2 pcs .;
- sweet Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc .;
- garlic chives - 3 pcs .;
- a tablespoon of chili sauce;
- sugar - 0.5 tsp;
- salt - pinch;
- soy sauce - 3 tbsp. l .;
- ground coriander - 0.5 tsp;
- grape vinegar - 2 tbsp. l .;
- butter for frying.
Preparation:
Wash the cucumbers (fresh) and cut them into 5 cm straws. Put them in a bowl, salt them a little, and set aside for half an hour. Onion and bell pepper, too, cut into strips, only thin.
Wash the meat, lightly dry it with a towel or napkin and cut it into oblong pieces.
The cucumbers have already released their juice. Squeeze them a little bit and merge. Add sugar cucumbers, ground coriander, crushed garlic cloves and chili sauce. Heat up the wok pan, pour the butter pan and fry the prepared pieces of meat in it. Meat will first secrete its juice, and then absorb it, and only then add onion to it and fry until softened.
Pour in soy sauce, add crushed garlic clove, pepper, mix everything quickly, simmer a little more and transfer the contents of the frying pan to the cucumbers.
Add vinegar and, without stirring, leave for 5 minutes. Now we will cover with cling film and send it to a cold place until all the ingredients have cooled down completely. Now mix and serve.
Recipe 4: Meat with Cucumbers
Ingredients Required:
- pork - 250 g;
- carrot - 1 pc .;
- cucumbers of small sizes - 5 pcs .;
- Onions - 1 pc .;
- A bunch of greens, oil for frying and salt.
Preparation:
Cut the meat in small pieces and send it to the pan to fry in hot oil (5 minutes). Shred the onion and send to the meat. Immediately after the onion, you should send the grated carrot into the frying pan, mix and continue cooking until the onion is softened. While they are stewing, cut the pickles into arbitrary small pieces and send them to the pan. Stir and fry all together for 5 minutes. Now you need to pour a glass of water into the pan, cover the pan with a lid and simmer all together for half an hour. If the water evaporates during the process, it is necessary to add water so that the ingredients are not burnt.
Crush the greens, add to the dish, salt and simme 5 minutes under the lid. Everything, the dish is ready. You can serve it immediately hot.
