White sauce goes well with white meat or fish, with mushrooms. Because of its delicate taste, it is not worth much to flavor with fragrant herbs. Black and white pepper, nutmeg and garlic are well suited to this sauce. Cooking white sauce requires care, especially when brewing flour with milk. In accordance with many recipes, the flour that is browned in butter is diluted with hot milk, so the sauce is often made with lumps.
But you can do differently: gradually dilute the flour with cold milk, then with constant stirring over low heat bring to a boil. In this case there will be no lumps. To completely eliminate the occurrence of heterogeneous mass, the sauce must be filtered through a strainer.

- tomatoes - 1 kg;

- red bell pepper - 1 pc .;
- paprika - 1 tsp;
- oregano, basil, marjoram - 0, 5 tsp;

- olive oil - 50 ml;
- chili - to taste.
Preparation Method
- For this sauce, pick ripe red fleshy tomatoes. Wash, pour boiling water and leave for 2-3 minutes. Drain the water, and remove the peel of tomatoes. Cut hard places near the stem. Cut into several pieces, put in the pan.
- Peel onion and garlic, rinse. Chop onions with large half rings, chop the garlic with a knife.
- Pepper wash, clean seed, cut into slices, combine with other vegetables.
- Place the pot on the stove, bring its contents to a boil. Put spices, herbs, chopped garlic, pour oil. Cook over low heat until soft, about 25-30 minutes.

- fresh tomatoes - 1 kg;
- onions - 1 pc .;
- hot red pepper - small pod;
- red wine - 100 ml;
- parsley and celery - a few twigs;
- salt;
- sugar - 1 tsp;
- cloves and nutmeg - to taste.
Preparation Method
- Wash ripe red tomatoes, pour boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove the skin, remove the firm flesh near the stem. Cut into pieces, put in a blender. Put peeled and chopped peppers in this place. Grind vegetables to puree.
