Ice Coffee

In the summer, you want more soft drinks, but the heat does not change the desire to drink coffee. In such cases, cold coffee cocktails with ice, with frozen milk, or milk with cubes of iced coffee invented in recent years come in very handy.

One of these coffee cocktails is called Iced coffee, which literally means very cold (iced) coffee. You can cook it in different ways, including not brewing, and insisting coffee beans in cold water.

We will describe a simple version of ice coffee available for home cooking.

Ingredients:

  • coffee - 100 g;
  • milk - 200 g;
  • ice - 5 cubes;
  • cream - 80 g;
  • sugar - to taste.

1. Start cooking with brewing good, strong coffee. To do this, you need a Turk, which needs to be heated, more precisely, its bottom, pour one teaspoon of good ground coffee into the Turk, with a slide. At this stage, also add sugar, to taste. Pour cold water. Turku put on a slow fire and, as soon as the coffee starts to appear bubbles, remove it from the fire. This process with boiling must be repeated at least three times. Ready coffee poured into a cup and completely cool. You can even put it in the fridge.

2. Remove ice from the freezer, take the required number of cubes, detail them.

3. Then pour cold milk into a blender, add a little cream there, mix everything thoroughly. Add ice and grind it. Then pour in a lot of coffee, mix everything again using a blender. Pour the finished drink into a tall and narrow glass so that it stays cold a little longer.

4. Top with garnish with whipped cream from a can. Serve by placing in a glass straws.
