Such a light and tasty salad can be prepared both for a feast and for an ordinary meal with the family. The list of ingredients is quite simple, and you can fill the salad as you wish: with sour cream, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil or soy sauce. It is better to fill the salad just before serving, then the vegetables will not have time to “drain”.

List of ingredients:

  • 1 onion,
  • 2 tomatoes,
  • 1 cucumber,
  • 250 g of dried chicken,
  • 2 chicken eggs,
  • 2 tbsp. l soy sauce
  • 0, 5 tsp. spices for salad,
  • 1 tbsp. l lemon juice,
  • 0, 5 tsp. sugar,
  • 1 tsp. table vinegar,
  • 200 g canned corn.

Cooking

1. Salads usually present onions marinated in advance in vinegar or boiling water. Marinating the vegetable allows you to remove bitterness, so we will not risk it and, cutting the onion into thin half rings, add sugar and table vinegar to it. Now mix everything well, better with your hands, press down the onions, so that it starts up the juice and pickles faster. This is an express way and after 10 minutes pickled onions will be ready.

2. Slice fresh vegetables, after washing them thoroughly. It is better not to cut them too small, in slices or quarters is fine.

3. Wash and dry the chicken fillet and dry with a towel. If on top of the filet there are pieces of spices or spices (coriander seeds, bay leaf), then they are best removed. Cut the fillet into slices or straws.

4. Boil chicken eggs and chop into large pieces, like tomatoes and cucumbers.

5. Put all the prepared ingredients in a bowl. Open a jar of corn and drain the liquid, transfer the amount specified in the recipe to the rest of the products. Add spices to taste.

6. Season the salad with a mixture of soy sauce and lemon juice. The sauce is best used with a classic taste. Mix light salad with dried chicken and arrange in plates, immediately serve to the table. Before serving, you can decorate the dish with a salad with a sprig of fresh herbs.
