- bay leaf - 2 pcs .;
- allspice peas - 5 pcs .;
- breadcrumbs - 50 g;

Method of preparation:
- Wash the potatoes well, make several punctures with a knife on each tuber, put them in a saucepan. Fill with water and put on fire. When the water boils, add salt, peas, laurel leaves and cook until the tubers are soft enough - you can check their readiness with a knife.
- Drain, slightly dry the potatoes, leaving the saucepan with him on the stove for just a minute. Cool the potatoes, peel.
- Mince or turn into a mashed potatoes using tolkushki. Add eggs and two tablespoons of flour (the rest is needed for breading). Mix thoroughly.
- Wash pork and beef, dry and slice. Alternating, turn through the meat grinder.
- Peel and grate the carrots.
- Free the onions from the husk and chop finely.
- Heat the butter in a pan and put the mince in it, fry it for 10 minutes.

- wheat flour - 70 g;
- potato starch - 50 g;
- breadcrumbs - 100 g;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- vegetable oil - how much will leave.
Method of preparation:
- Peel and wash the potatoes. Put in a saucepan, fill with water. Put a stew. Do not forget to salt after the water boils.
- While potatoes are being cooked, prepare the filling. To do this, finely chop the peeled onion and place it in the mince. Add salt and pepper, mix. Fry the minced meat in a small amount of oil for 15-20 minutes until cooked.

Composition:
- potatoes - 1 kg;

- fresh champignons - 0, 25 kg;
- onions - 100 g;
- chicken eggs - 3 pcs .;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- fresh greens - 100 g;
- ground nutmeg - a pinch;
- salt, black pepper - to taste;
- wheat flour - how much will leave;
- breadcrumbs - how much will go;
- ghee - how much will leave.
Method of preparation:
- Boil the potatoes and mash them. Salt lightly and leave to cool.
- Wash mushrooms and cut into small cubes.
