- Steak is not made from fresh meat. Before use, it should rest in the freezer for at least three weeks.
Pork steak in the oven: a classic recipe
Ingredients:

- The meat from the freezer is transferred to the plus compartment of the refrigerator. There it will be defrosted during the day.

- Brush the steaks with butter, sprinkle with spices and leave to marinate for half an hour.
- Heat the pan. Put the fillet on a high heat and fry until golden brown. The faster it appears, the better. Gently flip to the other side.
- As soon as the steak is covered with a thick fried crust, put it on a baking sheet. Send in preheated to 180-200 ° oven. Cook for 5-9 minutes, considering your taste preferences.

Pork steak in the oven (marinade)
Ingredients:
- pork - 1 kg;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
- lemon juice - 50 g;
- salt;
- black pepper.
Method of preparation
- Prepared fillet cut into slices 3-5 cm wide.
- Put chopped garlic, salt, pepper in a bowl. Add lemon juice and butter. Stir.
- Brush marinade on all sides. Leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
- Heat the oven to 200 °. Grease a baking sheet. Place the steaks on it, removing excess liquid from them. Bake 40 minutes.
- Turn off the oven. Cover the steaks with foil and leave for another 5-10 minutes.
Pork steaks with mustard in the oven
Ingredients:
- pork - 1 kg;
- mustard ready - 1 tbsp. l .;
- mayonnaise - 200 g;
- salt - to taste;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
- Spicy herbs - to taste.
Method of preparation
- Cut the prepared meat into 3 cm wide layers.
- Place mayonnaise, mustard, salt and spicy herbs to taste in a bowl. Stir.
- Lubricate the meat with butter, place it on a hot frying pan. On a large fire, fry on both sides until golden brown.
- Lubricate the fried meat with sauce. Wrap in foil. Place on a baking sheet and place in the oven, preheated to 200 °. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

- Cut the prepared meat into wide slices.
