Today we will see this for ourselves by cooking in a slow cooker a simple potato soup with beef. We simply lay the meat, prepared vegetables and seasonings in the bowl, calculate the time for the soup to ripen for dinner, and go about our business.

Ingredients:

  • beef meat - 400 g;
  • medium onion - 1 pc .;
  • potatoes - 4 pcs .;
  • small carrots - 1 pc .;
  • parsley;
  • dry bay leaf - 2 pcs .;

4. We cut enough large pieces of potatoes, sending them and carrots to the slow cookers. For a refined taste, put spices (bay leaf, salt and pepper). You can not worry about how the ingredients behave, as the machine has provided it and is able to cook the dish itself. Boil another 20 minutes.

5. Pour the prepared potato soup into a deep plate, garnish with parsley. Your family will be satisfied and pleasantly surprised, thanks to such a hearty, and at the same time, dietary meal.
