The first method significantly reduces the time spent in the oven. The second method takes more time.

Dumplings are poured with broth, sour cream, milk or sauce. Sprinkle cheese on top to make an appetizing crust.

Recipe 1. Potato dumplings baked in the oven
Ingredients
400 g small dumplings;

4. Pour broth into the pots, stepping back from the neck at least two centimeters. Place the pots in a cold oven. From the moment boiling broth, keep in the oven for about ten minutes, then turn off the oven. Do not remove the pots from the oven for the same amount of time.
5. Before serving, sprinkle dumplings with chopped dill, add a little butter and pepper.
Recipe 3. Dumplings in a pot with cheese and vegetables
Ingredients
dumplings - a kilogram;
table salt;
sour cream - 200 g;
a bunch of parsley and dill;
large onion;
cheese - 150 g;
large carrots;
a pinch of pepper peas and bay leaf.
Method of preparation
1. Boil the dumplings until half cooked, take out with a skimmer in a separate dish, and slightly cool.
2. Pour water into a saucepan, put greens and spices in it, boil it, and boil for five minutes. Remove from heat.
3. Vegetables clean, wash and shred. Fry the onions to transparency in a frying pan, then add the grated carrots and stew for ten minutes. Spread fried in dumplings and mix.

any mushrooms - 300 g;
120 ml of heavy cream;
240 grams of cheese;

Method of preparation
1. In salted water, boil the dumplings until half cooked. Put them in a separate dish. Do not drain the broth.
2. In a pan with melted plums. Put the dumplings in butter and fry them on moderate heat for about two minutes, until they are covered with a light crust.
3. Clean, rinse and dry the mushrooms on a disposable towel. Finely shred them. Peel the onions, rinse, and crumble. Roast it until transparent in olive oil, add the mushrooms, and roast until all the moisture has evaporated.
4. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into thin plates. Lay them on the bottom of the pots, put the dumplings on top, and put onions and mushrooms on them. Pour the broth over the pots, cover and place in a hot oven.
5. Whip cream with seasoning. Grate the cheese finely. After 20 minutes, pour cream sauce into each pot. Sprinkle with cheese on top, close again, and put in the oven for another half an hour.
Recipe 5. Dumplings in pots with mushrooms
Ingredients
350 g dumplings;
dried and fresh dill;
mushrooms - 250 g;
table salt, bay leaf and ground pepper;
onions - 1 pc .;
40 g of flour;
ghee - 100 g;
sour cream - a glass.
Method of preparation
1. Clean the mushroom caps from the film, wash them, and cut them into small pieces.
2. Peel the onions and finely crumble.
3. In a skillet with hot oil, lay out frozen dumplings, and fry them until golden. Put them on the plate.
4. In the same pan, add a little oil and fry the mushrooms with onions. Pour flour and mix. Pour in the mushroom broth, mix again, and keep on the fire until the sauce is thick. Add sour cream, season with dried dill, pepper and bay leaf, salt.

Ingredients
frozen or homemade dumplings - 900 g;
half art. broth for each pot;
two bulbs;
olive oil;
200 g smoked sausage;
100 grams of cheese;
any mushrooms - 250 g;
mayonnaise - 100 g
Method of preparation
1. We spread the dumplings on the surface of the table, sprinkled with flour, and thaw the semi-finished product. Mushrooms and onions finely chopped. Smoked sausage is also ground.
2. Fry the onion in olive oil until transparent. Add the mushrooms, and continue to roast for seven minutes. Then put smoked sausage and fry for another three minutes. Salt and season with spices.
3. Dumplings dipped in salted water and boiled until half cooked. We recline on a colander, and leave until all the moisture is drained. 250 grams of cheese;

two bell peppers;

1. Put the dumplings in boiling water, after a couple of minutes, put the bay leaf and butter. Cook for about five minutes and get them with a slotted spoon. We decompose in pots.
2. Clean the Bulgarian pepper, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Tomatoes pour boiling water and remove the skin. Mash the pulp with tolkushki or fork. Add basil to tomato puree, pour to pepper and mix.

Potato dumplings baked in the oven - tips and tricks from the chef
- For pouring, you can mix sour cream with tomato paste, ketchup and add crushed garlic. This will give the dish spice.
