3. Pour the vanilla, trace and flour with baking powder. Knead milk dough for biscuits. 4. It is not necessary to lie dough, roll out a layer on a floured table. The basic recipe for kefir dough for shortbread, as in childhood. Why basic? Just in it at will it is possible to add a handful of poppy, nuts, the grated dried peel. Kefir is optionally replaced by yogurt or ryazhenka. In any case, everything will turn out perfectly, the amount of flour during the kneading may vary only slightly.

· 230 grams of sugar;
· 450 grams of flour;
· 250 grams of kefir or other fermented milk product;
· 1 egg;
· 5 grams of soda;
· 50 grams of oil;
· a pinch of salt.
Method of preparation
1. Leave 50 grams of sugar, pour the rest of the sand into a bowl.
2. Lightly melt the butter. If small lumps remain, then do not worry, add to the sugar. 3. Shake the egg. Pour half into the dough and leave a little to grease the cake.
4. Add kefir to the total weight. And immediately fill it with soda. Stir it all together.

· 60 grams of butter or take margarine;
· 1 yolk for smearing the crusts;
· 5 tablespoons of sugar;
· 2 cups of flour;
· 10 grams of the ripper;
· Seeds, nuts to taste.
Method of preparation
1. In a dry bowl, throw the ripper, add the sifted flour and a pinch of fine salt, stir.
