A cake without baking is something that is needed for those who love a tasty meal, but do not really like messing about baking. Very easy to prepare, but incredibly delicious cake made from gingerbread and boiled condensed milk, you can even put on the festive table. The main thing is not to say what it is made of, but after praise you can share the recipe.
It may seem that the cake is very simple and there is no place for imagination and variety of taste. And no. After all, there is a variety of gingerbread. It can be chocolate gingerbread, mint or filled. You can also add nuts to the cake, as we did, you can add poppy seeds, candied fruits, bananas and even kiwi. So there is enough room for imagination and space. Let's find out how to make this homemade cake without baking.
Ingredients:
Gingerbread - 300 g;
Boiled condensed milk 100 g;
Sour cream 15% - 100 g;
Walnuts - 1/2 cup.
Recipe:
Let's start with the fact that we break our gingerbread. You can cut it into circles, but when it is broken with different sizes, it is even more interesting. We can say that we are preparing a pinscher.
Fry the nuts in a dry frying pan or dry them in the oven. But since we are preparing a cake without an oven, it is most convenient to dry them in a pan, well, or in extreme cases, in the microwave.
We clean the nuts from the skins and chop not very finely.
Mix in a separate bowl sour cream and condensed milk boiled. Sugar is not necessary to add. If sour cream is not greasy and you doubt that it will harden and will not flow, then add 1 teaspoon of gelatin to sour cream (you must first soak it in water and then dissolve it by heating it in a water bath).
Mix condensed milk and sour cream into a homogeneous mass. It is best to use a fork so as not to soil the mixer for such a trifling matter.
Now pour our gingerbread with nuts with a sour cream mixture and mix.
Cover the bowl for the cake with cling film and spread out the mass. Send the cake in the fridge at least half an hour, so that it is soaked with cream.
Everyone can serve the cake by covering the bowl with a plate and turning it over. Carefully remove the film and voila, a beautiful cake on a plate. Decorate it with grated chocolate or chocolate topping. Everything, you can drink tea.
