Ingredients:
• four eggs;
• bitter onion;
• red meaty pepper - 1 pc .;

Ingredients:
• six pieces of white bread for toast;
• 100 grams of smoked sausage;
• 70 gr. hard cheese;
• two spoons of refined oil;
• three chicken eggs.
Cooking Method:
1. With a small cup or a notch in all the pieces of bread, make holes that should coincide with each other when connecting the pieces.
2. Cut the cheese into thin blocks so that you get twelve identical pieces. Moreover, the length of each bar should be slightly shorter than the side of the bread slice.
3. From the sausage, clean the casing and cut into half-centimeter cubes or even thinner into straws.
4. Add oil to the pan and heat it at a moderate temperature.
5. Put three slices of bread in the butter and immediately spread on each piece of cheese, one on each side. Cover with remaining slices of bread.
6. Put chopped sausage into the holes and pour one egg into each filled cell, salt it.
7. As soon as the bottom of the sandwiches is reddened, turn over to the opposite side and redden it. Act carefully so that the yolk does not break during turning and the pieces do not disintegrate. For convenience, take a wide shovel.
8. Put the finished sandwiches on a plate and serve to the table hot.

Ingredients:
• two eggs;
• a tablespoon of mayonnaise;
• cheese, any solid variety - 30 gr .;
• one sausage or a pair of ringlets of the “Doctor's” dish; • tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Cooking Method:
1. Cut the sausage into thin ringlets and chop the cheese into large chips.

Sausage with eggs in a frying pan - “Chatterbox with cheese”
Ingredients:
• eggs - 6 pcs .;
• 100 gr. "Cognac" sausage;
• half heads of bitter onions;
• 50 gr. lightly salted cheese;
• one and a half tablespoons of lean refined oil;
• a small pinch of ground paprika.
Cooking Method: 1. Cut the cheese into medium cubes, and smoked sausage into slices. Chop onions finely.
2. On vegetable oil, save a few minutes onion, immediately add the sausage and fry its pieces, turning over periodically.
3. As soon as the sausage is slightly reddened, add the cheese, season with paprika and mix well.

1. Boil washed potatoes until cooked, without peeling, move into cold water and leave for 5 minutes, peel.
2. Cut the loin and sausage into cubes, less than a centimeter.
3. In vegetable oil, warm the onions in a small frying pan until softened.
4. Add sausage with loin to onions and continue to fry until light rosy on the sausage slices.
5. Cut peeled boiled potatoes into slices and fry in butter in a separate pan.

Ingredients:
• 50 gr. smoked and boiled sausage;
• four eggs;
• a small piece of “Peasant” oil.
Cooking Method:
