Onion, if used properly, can decorate any snack dish, and paired with yeast baked goods, which in itself is extremely appetizing and aromatic, it creates just a unique flavor duet.
Quick yeast cakes made from thin dough rolled into a roll with onion filling will be an excellent option for a snack, picnic or trip.
The dough does not have to be baked for a long time, but still give it a little time so that the yeast can be activated and fill the dough with air a little. Be sure to check the readiness of the roll on the cut.

Cooking
1. First, we will prepare the ingredients we need.
2. Measure out the right amount of flour per container.
3. Break the egg into a plate.
4. Gently mix yeast, salt and sugar into the egg. Beat the mixture thoroughly with a whisk or mixer until smooth.
5. Add flour to the egg mixture, stirring slowly.
6. Knead a stiff dough, homogeneous in texture.
7. We roll out a thick sausage from dough and cut it across into small slices of the same size.
8. Prepare the onion. To do this, washed and peeled onions cut into small thin rings.
9. Take each slice of sausage, roll it into a thin cake and lubricate with sunflower oil. We lay the bow on top of the greased side.
10. Wrap tightly flat cake and make out in the form of a snail.
11. The resulting “snail” is pushed to get the cake again.
12. We put our tortillas on a heated iron pan, greased with butter.
13. Fry the flat cakes until golden brown.
14. We get an appetizing and hearty dish. Serve warm!
