But the cuisine is not so important and the name is not so important - the important thing is that it is really very tasty, very beautiful, juicy, festive, fragrant ... many more laudatory epithets can be chosen to describe such meat and they will be truthful. So that the beef has time to prepare in the oven, each piece is slightly beaten off, but carefully, so as not to completely disrupt the structure of the meat fibers.
Ingredients:
- boneless beef - 700 g;
- hard cheese - 200 g;
- onions - 1 pc .;
- salt and spices to taste;
- mayonnaise.
Cooking
1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.
2. Cut the meat into pieces at least 2 cm thick.
3. We beat the resulting meat pieces on both sides. The main thing is not to overdo it, the meat should not become too thin and, moreover, break up into fibers.
4. Season the future chops with spices. Do not forget to salt.
5. In a baking dish or on a baking sheet in a single layer lay out the pieces of meat. It is necessary to pre-lubricate the selected container with vegetable oil.
6. Cut one bulb of onion into half rings.
7. Spread the sliced onions in an even layer on top of the meat. Optionally, you can use more or less onions.
8. On a coarse grater rub hard cheese.
9. We also lay out the cheese in a form on top of the onion. Pour all the mayonnaise on top.
10. With the help of a spoon, mayonnaise is carefully distributed over the entire surface of the dish and we send the form to the oven. It is necessary to bake meat in French for about 40 minutes at an oven temperature of 190-200 degrees.
