  • mayonnaise - as needed;
  • butter and vegetable oil - as required.

Method of preparation:

  • In salted water, boil the cabbage until half cooked, after having washed it and disassembled it into florets. Drop in a colander.
  • Cut the peeled zucchini, onions, carrots into small cubes. Onions, place separately, zucchini and carrots mix.
