Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Mustard powder - 1 tsp.
- Paprika is sweet ground - 1-2 tsp.
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- A mixture of peppers - 1/2 hl.
- Provencal or Italian herbs - 1 tbsp. l
- Salt - 1 incomplete tsp. or more
- Vegetable oil - 2-3 Art. l
- Water
Step by Step Preparation:
Potatoes for baking is best suited with a yellow skin. It will be the fastest ready and its taste (baked) is much better than that of other potato varieties.
Potatoes clean and cut into 4 or 6-8 parts. Slices should not be too small, then they will dry out, and should not be very large, they will prepare for a long time.
Fill the potatoes with warm water and bring to a boil, cook for 3-4 minutes. Immediately drain the water.
While potatoes are boiled, make spices. In a bowl, mix all the spices, vegetable oil, and garlic passed through the press. Mix thoroughly.
Add spices to warm potatoes.
Cover the pot with a lid and shake well. Spices will evenly cover all the pieces.
On a baking sheet or baking dish, we put parchment (this is in order to wash the dishes less). Put the potatoes so that there is a small distance between the lobules.
We ship potatoes to the oven heated to 240 degrees to the second or third shelf from the bottom. Bake 25 minutes. Readiness check by breaking one piece.
Serve the potatoes directly to the table. While it is hot, it is the most delicious. Do not forget about your favorite sauces - ketchup, tartar and others.
