• 150 g of kefir (fat content above 3%);

• 10 g ripper;

• 130 ml of coffee;

• 200 g of oil.

Cream:

• 400 ml of cream;

• 120 g of finely ground powder;

• 250 g mascarpone or other cheese.

Frosting: 40 ml of cream, one chocolate bar 10 g of butter.

Cooking

Cooking

1. Knead the dough. Beat the eggs. Next, add sugar, after its dissolution, add a soft butter. If it has not melted enough, you can hold the product in the microwave, but not for long.

2. Add milk at room temperature. Mass at this stage may stratify, but that's okay.

3. Pour flour with cocoa, knead the dough.

4. Optionally, you can put a few pieces of cookies out of the dough. 3-5 is enough. We bake them immediately.

5. Pour dough into shape. Bring chocolate cake to readiness. Then cool well, cut into three parts.

6. Cottage cheese should be thoroughly whipped, and even better grind through a sieve. Beat cream until frothy with powder, then combine with cottage cheese. Optionally add a few drops of vanilla extract.

7. We grease cakes with cream, dividing it in half.

Ingredients

• 60 g of cocoa;

Cream:
