Dough for jellied pies is usually cooked on kefir, sour cream, yogurt or mayonnaise. Two of these ingredients are combined in equal proportions (for example, sour cream + mayonnaise, or kefir + mayonnaise, or yogurt + sour cream). You can take only one kefir - the pie will be less fat. Eggs and melted margarine (or butter) are also added to the dough. If margarine is used, mayonnaise is not added.
