Chicken omelette is an excellent dish for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can even take an omelet with you as a snack, at work or on the road. Moreover, the omelet is delicious both hot (warm) and cold. You can serve it with various sauces, fresh chopped greens, fresh vegetables and pickles.
Ingredients:
- 4-5 chicken eggs;
- 1/2 sweet pepper;
- 200 g chicken breast;
- 100 ml of milk;
- 2 tbsp. l wheat flour;
- 1/5 tsp. salts;
- 3 pinches of spices;
- 1 tbsp. l frying oils;
- 3-4 sprigs of fresh greens.
Cooking
1. Prepare the necessary products for an omelet - they are all simple, affordable, rarely when they are not in the kitchen in full. Cook the chicken breast in salted water with spices and spices beforehand, cool. Wash and dry fresh greens.
2. In a deep bowl, put in a few fresh eggs, pour in fresh milk and sprinkle wheat flour. Also throw in a bowl a few dash of salt and spices.
3. Intensively but gently mix everything with a whisk until a homogeneous omelet mass is obtained without lumps of flour.
4. Cut the boiled chicken meat into small cubes, and chop the sweet pepper into small cubes or thin strips. Optionally, you can also add chopped onions.
5. In a pan, heat up the cooking oil. Put the pieces of meat and sweet pepper in it. Fry over low heat, stirring for 3-4 minutes.
6. Gently pour the omelet mass into the pan, spread it over the entire surface of the pan. Now you can cover the pan and simmer the omelet over low heat.
7. At first the omelette will rise under the lid, but then quickly settle. You can cut it into small portions and serve.
8. A dish for serving omelet can be covered with lettuce leaves - it will turn out more bright and original.
