Chicken and mushroom pizza on yeast dough is cooked for a long time, however, you can simplify your task by calling the bread maker as an assistant. It will make excellent dough, create conditions for its rise (temperature is about 40 degrees). If there is no bread machine, then you can knead a good dough and manually, as long as the yeast is fresh. Use chicken breast or goulash as a filling - it will turn out a little fatter.
List of ingredients:
- 1, 5 tsp. yeast
- 125 ml of warm water,
- 1 tsp. sugar,
- 3 pinches + 1 tsp. salt,
- 300 g flour,
- 1 onion,
- 2-3 cloves of garlic,
- 2 tbsp. l tomato paste
- 0, 5 tsp. dried basil
- 0, 5 tsp. dried oregano,
- 1 tsp. frying oils,
- 350 g of chicken meat,
- 200 grams of hard cheese,
- 100 g marinated champignons.
Cooking
1. In the bread machine we place: water, flour from above, then salt, sugar and quickly soluble yeast. We include any function that involves kneading and lifting. It is best to do two kneading and two lifting. Maybe there is a separate function “Kneading”.
2. While the dough is kneaded and rises, let's do the sauce. Peel and chop the onion into small onions, peel the garlic and pass through the press.
3. Heat frying oil in a frying pan, shift the garlic and onion, fry for a couple of minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
4. Add tomato paste, 100 ml of water, dried herbs. While stirring, simmer the sauce until thick, but make sure not to burn.
5. Cut the chicken meat into small squares or strips, sprinkle with salt and optionally spices.
6. Grind hard cheese of any kind on a coarse grater.
7. When the dough is sufficient, remove it from the breadmaker (bowls) and place it directly on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Paper needs to be greased with vegetable oil, and heat the baking sheet in the oven, but do not heat it. Hands gently stretch the dough, giving the shape of a circle or an oval with sides.
8. Brush the dough piece with tomato sauce.
9. Sprinkle half grated cheese.
10. Spread the fillet evenly over the entire surface of the cake.
11. Put champignons between the pieces of meat, if they are large, cut them into several pieces.
12. Sprinkle the pizza dish with the second half of the cheese.
13. Send the baking tray to the preheated 180 degree oven and bake the pizza for 25-30 minutes. Then take out the pizza, wait until it cools down a bit, cut it into portions and serve.
14. Before serving, you can sprinkle the pizza with chopped fresh herbs.
