A sandwich with chicken, cheese and vegetables is an excellent option for a hearty and healthy snack. Fast food has always been popular, but it is much more pleasant to satisfy hunger with sandwiches cooked at home than bought in a fast food cafe. Sandwich sauce can be made independently by mixing sour cream, tomato paste, garlic, herbs, spices. And you can take mayonnaise or ketchup.
List of ingredients:
- 1 chicken fillet,
- 1 tbsp. l lemon juice,
- 1 tbsp. l frying oils,
- 0, 5 bulbs,
- 1 fresh cucumber,
- 1 tomato,
- 8 pieces of bread,
- 4 slices of cheese,
- 1/5 tsp. salt,
- 1/5 tsp. spices,
- 4 leaves of lettuce.
For the sauce:
- 1 tsp. salt,
- 4 tbsp. l sour cream,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 2-3 sprigs of greens.
Get 4 sandwiches.
Cooking
1. Spread whole chicken fillet with salt, spices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
2. Grease the pan with vegetable oil and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side on low heat, then send to the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
3. While the meat is baking, prepare the remaining ingredients. Peel the onions and cut them into thin rings. Tomato and cucumber wash and also cut into thin slices.
4. Make the sauce by mixing sour cream, tomato paste, finely chopped greens and chopped garlic. Slices of bread spread.
5. Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Place a piece of lettuce on each piece. Chilled chicken fillet cut into slices and place on top of lettuce leaves.
6. Cover the pieces of meat with slices of cheese, put a few onion rings on top of them.
7. Put the tomato slices on the cheese.
8. Also on top or near the tomatoes, place a piece of fresh cucumber.
