In order to cook this dish correctly, you need to know a few moments. Otherwise, it will not be dietary and will not be able to fit into the food system developed by Dr. Ducan.

  • The Dukan Diet prohibits the use of products such as flour and sugar. Vegetable oil, corn starch are allowed only in the last phases, and then only in the minimum amount. Flour is replaced by bran, the daily inclusion of which in the diet is mandatory. Instead of sugar, natural sweetener (stevia) is added to sweet dishes.
  • The bran must be ground to a flour before being added to the casserole dough. This is convenient to do with a coffee grinder or blender.
  • To prevent the casserole from burning without oil, use a silicone mold. If you make a dish in the usual form, it is advisable to cover it with parchment so that the casserole is easier to remove.
  • Sweetener tablets are recommended to be diluted in a small amount of boiled water or milk before adding to the curd mass.
  • Cottage cheese for Ducan casserole is skimmed. Fat content in other dairy products should also be zero.

Composition:

  • wheat bran - 30 g;
  • oat bran - 30 g;

  • baking powder for dough - 7, 5 g;
  • chicken egg - 3 pcs.

Method of preparation:

  • Bran chop in a coffee grinder or blender to a state of flour.

  • Add sweetener and baking powder to bran, mix.
  • Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, mix with the dry ingredients. You need to mix until the curd-bran mass becomes homogeneous.

  • Add whipped proteins to the curd mass, mix until smooth.

Composition:

  • cottage cheese (0% fat) - 0, 6 kg;
  • milk (0% fat) - 0, 2 l;

  • corn starch - 60 g;
  • sugar substitute - 8-10 tablets;
  • vanillin - 1 g.

Method of preparation:

  • Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
  • Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add the yolks to it, carefully rub the products. Proteins will be needed later.
  • Dissolve sugar substitute in a spoonful of warm milk. Allow the solution to cool, pour in a bowl of cottage cheese, stir.
  • Without heating, add the remaining milk, mix until a homogeneous composition.
  • Add starch and vanilla. Stir the mass again, it should again become homogeneous.
  • Whisk whisk whites. When they turn into a fairly thick foam, enter them into the bulk. Mix carefully, but carefully.
  • Put the prepared mass in a baking dish. It can be pre-greased with a small amount of vegetable oil.
  • Put the mold in the oven, cook at 180 degrees for an hour.

Composition:

  • low-fat cottage cheese - 0.5 kg;
  • chicken egg - 5 pcs .;
  • milk - 100 ml;
  • sweetener - to taste;
  • wheat or oat bran - how much will go;
  • coconut chips - for decoration.

Method of preparation:

  • Eggs, breaking, divide into yolks and whites, place the yolks in the blender bowl.
  • Add cottage cheese to yolks, milk, sugar diluted in warm water.
  • Turn on the device and turn its contents into a homogeneous mass, transfer it to a bowl.
  • In the bowl of the blender, place the proteins, turn on the device for half a minute.
  • Enter the protein foam in the prepared yolk curd mass. Stir until a homogeneous composition.
  • Chop the bran in any way you like, sprinkle the bottom of the multicooker container with it.
  • Pour the casserole dough into the multitvark bowl.
  • Lower the lid, activate the Baking program. Set the timer to 50 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the casserole with coconut chips, leave it for 10 minutes in heating mode.

Thanks to bran, the casserole will easily be taken out of the multicooking bowl, although there is no starch, nor flour, or bran in its composition. Density will give her eggs.

Pumpkin-cottage cheese casserole according to Dyukan

Composition:

  • pumpkin pulp - 150 g;
  • cottage cheese without fat content - 0, 5 kg;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
  • natural yoghurt (without fat) - 150 ml;
  • wheat bran - 40 g;
  • oat bran - 40 g;
  • sweetener (optional) - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Clean the pumpkin from the skins and seeds, cut a piece of pulp of the desired size. Cut pumpkin pulp into small cubes, roll through a meat grinder or turn into a mash with a blender.
  • Put cottage cheese on pumpkin puree, add yogurt. Stir to make the mass uniform.
  • In a bowl with cottage cheese and pumpkin composition break eggs, mix well the mass.
  • Grind to bran flour, add to the resulting mass. Add diluted sugar in water or powdered sugar substitute. Mix thoroughly.
  • Grease with vegetable oil using a minimum amount.
  • Put the prepared mass into the form.

The pumpkin in this recipe can be replaced by carrots. The taste and aroma of the finished dish will change, but it will be no less useful.
