The second in a hurry - “The quick roast of the wings”
Ingredients:
• 500 gr. chilled chicken wings
• potatoes - 2.5 kilograms
• three carrots;
• lard - a tablespoon;
• rast. oil - 0.25 cup;
• small head of garlic;
• fragrant peppers - pinch.
Cooking Method:
1. Rinse the wings, let the moisture drain and tar over an open fire. Cut in half.
2. In a separate skillet, melt the lard and fry the wings on a strong heat. Constantly hook them with a spatula, preventing them from sticking and burning.
3. Peel potatoes, wash and divide into 2 parts. Cut one half into large lobules, cover with boiling water and put on medium heat until half cooked. The rest of the potatoes, cut into centimeter cubes and divide approximately equally.
4. Fry a portion of small potatoes in vegetable oil at maximum heat until roasted. Remove the potatoes and fry the onions in the same oil.
5. Remove the potato slices from the decoction with a slotted spoon and set it aside, and bring the broth back to the boil. Dip the carrot sticks and the remaining potatoes into it. Cook until half cooked, remove and mash the decoction do not drain.
6. In a large pot fold layers: large slices of potatoes; wings; fried onion; boiled potato cubes with carrots; fried potatoes.

• 600 grams of potatoes;
• 50 ml of vegetable oil;
• white onion;
• garlic - 3 teeth;

Cooking Method:
1. Peel the potatoes and boil almost until cooked in a little salty water. Drain broth, cool and cut into thin round slices.
2. In oil, lightly fry the onion half rings with finely chopped garlic. Add the chopped ham.

Ingredients:
• one kilogram of potatoes;

• three cloves of garlic;
• broccoli - 60 gr .;
• 50 ml of soy (light) sauce;
• to taste spices.
Cooking Method:
1. Cut the carrots into slices, the flesh of the bell peppers and the tomatoes - in small pieces. Disassemble the broccoli florets and chop the onion.
2. Pork well washed, dried and cut into small cubes.
3. Turn on the processor in the “Hot” mode. Pour two spoons of oil into the brew bowl, place the onions. Roast until it turns red.
4. Add pork to onion and cook for 20 minutes, until half cooked.
5. Dip all the vegetables in the meat bowl and mix well.
6. In soy sauce, dilute the starch. Add tomato sauce and pour the mixture into the bowl. Put the spices, press-press the garlic. Mix everything up properly and continue cooking in “Quenching” mode, setting the timer to 20 minutes.

Ingredients:
• 700 g potatoes;
• three large carrots;
• one small onion;
• two cloves of garlic;
• 650 gr. mixed (pig-beef) stuffing;
• 100 gr. ground long grain rice;
• cream of 22% - 300 ml;
• one chicken egg and yolk;
• a teaspoon of lemon peel, finely grated;
• 1 small pinch of nutmeg powder;
• white bread crumbs - 2 large spoons.
Cooking Method:
1. Rinse the rice well and boil it until done in brackish water. Decant the broth, rinse the rice thoroughly again and leave to dry in a colander.
2. Mix the minced meat with boiled rice, finely chopped garlic and chopped onion. The smaller the onion crumbled, the juicier the meatballs will be. First add the breadcrumbs and then the lemon zest. Pepper to your taste, lightly salted. Add the egg to the minced meat and knead well, beating it lightly on the table. 3. Moisten hands with water and form small ground meatballs, about the size of a walnut, from cooked minced meat.
4. Carrot grate large, or shape the sticks in another way. Peeled potatoes cut into thin circles.

The second in a hurry in a slow cooker - chicken with vegetables “Fireworks”
Ingredients:
• two chicken legs;
• small onion head;
• one sweet pepper;
• five medium potatoes;
• three cloves of garlic;
• extra virgin olive oil or other oil - 50 ml;
• to taste table salt, thyme, ground pepper;
• 50 ml of white wine;
• a small bunch of lettuce.
Cooking Method: 1. In a large bowl, place the onion sliced in half rings. Cut the flesh of sweet pepper into large strips and send to the onion.
2. Add garlic and large slices of potatoes here with a knife. Pour all over with olive oil.
3. Season vegetables with salt, thyme and ground pepper.
4. Put the chicken legs in the vegetable mixture and mix well. Hold for 10 minutes.

• If there are 10 minutes in stock and a device such as a marinator, do not forget to use it.
