Salad with beans, crackers, corn and chicken is an incredibly satisfying and very tasty dish. A rich salad is because it contains a large amount of protein, so if you for some reason follow a protein diet or play sports to gain muscle mass, then such a salad is definitely worth adding to your diet. Sour cream or mayonnaise of any fat content is suitable as a salad dressing.
- 2 handfuls of beans
- 4 tbsp. l canned corn
- 120 g chicken fillet
- 2 slices of wheat bread
- 2 tbsp. l cooking oil for frying
- 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise
- 2 leaves of Peking cabbage
- 3 pinches of salt
- 3 pinch of spices
1. Prepare all the ingredients for making a delicious salad. Chicken fillet or just a piece of chicken on the bone defrost (if it was frozen), or take the chilled. Using a can opener, open a jar of corn and drain the liquid. Beans can be taken of any kind and so that it boils faster, soak it for several hours in water. After soaking, immediately boil the beans in salted water.
2. Cut slices of wheat bread into small cubes. Pour a small amount of cooking oil over the preheated pan and send bread cubes there. On low heat, fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring until a crispy golden crust.
3. In the salad bowl, pour the sweet canned corn.
4. Cool the boiled soft beans by folding them in a colander and sending them under running water. Then shake it several times and put it in a salad bowl.
5. Peking cabbage leaves should be washed and dried, cut the green part of the leaf, or tear it into small pieces with your hands. Send the greens in a salad bowl.
6. Fry the chicken in a frying pan with vegetable oil, do not forget to salt it and sprinkle it with spices. You can pre-cut the chicken into pieces, for example, the type of chops. You need to fry until golden brown, but at the same time, it is important not to overdry meat. Slice and transfer to a salad bowl.
7. Peel garlic cloves, pass through a press and send to a salad bowl. Also add some salt and spices. Season the salad with mayonnaise of any fat content.
8. Mix everything - a delicious salad is ready.
9. Spread the salad in a bowl and place crackers on top of each serving. By the way, you can take ready-made crackers with different tastes.
