The potato, which is stewed simultaneously with the beef, is soaked in broth, which no longer needs any additional flavoring seasonings. Bay leaf and dill as a flavor enhancer will be quite enough.
The dish itself is surprisingly simple, very appetizing and, so to speak, home-style warm. Like any homemade dish, you can vary and modify it, focusing on the contents of the refrigerator. For example, instead of beef, lay poultry or pork. Add green beans, peppers or carrots to potatoes. Children usually love stewed potatoes more liquid, and men thicker, and with a lot of meat. So if you wish, you can change the amount of water and the actual ingredients themselves.
As mentioned above, the broth and the dish itself are very rich, so roasting vegetables is fundamentally excluded. Usually the vegetables are fried to add extra flavor. 1. Since the basis of our dish is natural and rich taste of meat, it is desirable that it be fresh and non-greasy. We remove everything superfluous from it: streaks, film, vessels, fat. Wash under running cold water, cut into small cubes with a sharp knife. We put the beef in the bowl of the multicooker.
2. We clean the onion, wash it, chop it into thin half-rings or as you like, it doesn’t matter. Just with half rings dish looks more interesting.
Cover the onion meat.
3. Tubers of potatoes washed, rid of peel. Cut into cubes. To the broth was transparent, chopped potatoes can be washed with cold water. So we will get rid of a part of the starch contained in the tubers.
4. Spread the potatoes over the onion.
5. Dill remove thick stems, finely shred. Ship to other products in the bowl. Add the bay leaf, salt to taste, if you want put spices, cover with water.
6. If there is ready broth, you can use it instead of water. We add the amount of water at our discretion, who loves how. Almost half of the added water will evaporate.
