Those who care about their own health and the health of their families, certainly know how harmful shopping store sausage is. In addition to all sorts of dyes, sugar and excessive amounts of salt, it contains all sorts of preservatives, thickeners, stabilizers - in a word, the whole periodic table. Moreover, the presence of harmful substances "sin" not only cheap smoked meat, but also very expensive representatives of the sausage kind.
What do those housewives whose households do not want to give up their favorite breakfast sausage sandwiches? Of course, to show ingenuity and feminine trick! And prepare for your beloved family a useful and natural chicken sausage, not inferior in shop taste. This sausage can be eaten by everyone - both slimming ladies, small children, and people who are forced to follow a diet for health reasons.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet without skin and fat - 1 kg;
- garlic - 7-8 cloves;
- sour cream - 2 tbsp. l .;
- gelatin - 15 g;
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp;
- seasoning for chicken (it is advisable to choose a seasoning consisting only of natural spices, without dyes and flavor enhancers) - 0.5 tsp.
Preparation:
Wash the chicken fillet and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut into small cubes (approximately 1.5-2 cm in size). Put in a deep bowl.
Chop the garlic with a knife or pass through a press.
Add garlic to chicken fillet. Add pepper and chicken seasoning.
Stir thoroughly so that the spices evenly cover the cubes of chicken fillet. Add sour cream to the minced meat and mix again.
Pour into the stuffing gelatin. Stir again to evenly distribute the gelatin.
Divide the resulting mass into 4 parts. Put one part on the foil
Twist the tight sausage and tie it tight on both sides. Do the same with the rest of the stuffing. In the end, you should have 4 sausages of approximately the same size.
Put the sausages on a baking sheet or in a refractory baking dish and place in the oven, preheated to a temperature of 180 ° C, for about 1 hour.
Remove the finished sausages from the oven and free from foil. Wait until they are completely cool, and then place in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, homemade chicken sausage can be used to make healthy, natural and low-calorie breakfast sandwiches.
