- wheat bran - 30 g;
- protein isolate - 60 g;

- salt - a pinch;
- sugar substitute - 1 tablet (or to taste);
- dry yeast - 10 g;
- baking powder for dough - 15 g.
Preparation Method:
- Chop a bran into a blender or grinder.
- Take the kefir out of the refrigerator beforehand. It does not hurt to slightly warm, putting next to the battery or placed in a container filled with warm water.
- In kefir, add yeast, mix, add sweetener, bran and mix again.
- In a separate container, combine the protein isolate, baking powder, salt.

A simple recipe for bread according to Dyukan in a bread maker
Composition:
- oat bran - 20 g;
- dry yeast - 5 g;
- baking powder for dough - 5 g;
- skimmed milk - 150 ml;
- chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
- salt, sweetener - to taste.
Preparation Method:
- Pour crushed bran, yeast, sugar substitute, baking powder and salt into the container of the bread machine.
- Break eggs, add to dry foods.
- Pour in the milk.
- Turn the unit on in kneading mode for the time it takes to turn the ingredients in the bread maker into a homogeneous mass.
- Activate the Baking program for 2 hours.

Dukan bread in a slow cooker
Composition:
- oat bran - 40 g;
- baking powder - 10 g;
- salt - 5 g;
- chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
- skim kefir - 150 ml.
Preparation Method:
- Break an egg into a bowl, add salt, whisk together.
- Add kefir, whisk again to get a uniform composition.
- Grind to bran flour, mix them with baking powder, add to the prepared mixture. Stir thoroughly.

Dukan bread in the microwave
Composition:
- oat bran - 45 g;
- wheat bran - 15 g;
- unsweetened nonfat yogurt - 40 ml;
- chicken egg - 2 pcs .;
- soda - 3 g;
- lemon juice - 5 ml;
- sweetener, salt to taste.
Preparation Method:
- Bran chop blender or grinder to a flour state.
- Break eggs into a bowl. Add sweetener and salt, whisk.
- Add yogurt to the egg, whisk them together.
- Combine with bran, mix thoroughly.

- corn starch - 60 g;

- baking powder for dough - 10 g;
- soft cottage cheese - 100 g;
- salt, sweetener - to taste;
- vegetable oil - 5 ml.
Preparation Method:
- Pour dry milk, starch, salt and baking powder in a bowl, mix.
- Put cottage cheese in a separate container.
- In eggs with cottage cheese, break eggs, mix to obtain a homogeneous mass.
- Enter sweetener into curd-egg mass, mix again.
- Mix with a mixture of dry ingredients, knead the dough. Leave the dough for 15-20 minutes.
- Grease a baking tray with a thin layer of vegetable oil.
- Make cakes with a diameter of about 15 cm from the dough, put them on a baking sheet
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees, place a pan with dough in it.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
