Pickling carp roe in the traditional way

You will need:

  • carp roe - 500 g,
  • water - 5 cent.,
  • salt - 5 tbsp. l.,
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.,
  • black pepper - 3 peas,
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l

Method of preparation

  • Pour 1 glass of water into the pan and add 1 tablespoon of salt. Put on the fire, bring to a boil.
  • Caviar, without removing from the “bags”, scald with boiling saline.
  • Put the caviar in a sieve with a diameter of holes slightly larger than the diameter of the eggs and wipe it so that it comes out and its films remain in the colander.
  • The remaining salt should be diluted in 4 cups of water, add bay leaf, black peas. Put the brine on the fire and bring to a boil.
  • With the cooled brine, pour the caviar and put it in the fridge for a day.
  • After the indicated time has elapsed, drain the water and add to the roe to the taste of vegetable oil.

Pickling carp caviar in a simple way

You will need:

  • carp roe - 500 g,
  • water - 4 tbsp.,
  • salt - 6 tbsp. l.,
  • melted butter - 80 g.

Method of preparation

  • Dissolve salt in water, put on fire and bring to a boil.
  • Put the carp caviar cleared out of the film into a colander and dip it in boiling saline.
  • Spread the caviar in jars, top with a layer of melted butter and put in the refrigerator. After 12 hours, carp caviar, salted according to this recipe, is ready for use.

Salting of carp caviar in an original way

You will need:

  • carp roe - 400 g,
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 Art.,
  • onions - 2 pcs.,
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.,
  • fine salt - 2 tbsp. l

Method of preparation

  • Pour salt in the cleaned caviar, refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
  • At the expiration of the designated time, take another deep bowl, pour vegetable oil and caviar into it. Beat with a mixer at minimum speed.
  • Continuing to whip the mass, add lemon juice to it.
  • Beat up caviar until a white foam is formed.
  • In the caviar, add the onion, chopped on a fine grater. Mix well. Enjoy your meal!
