1. Shred cabbage, salt, grind and shift to the stew pan. Bay milk, stew until half ready.
2. Add the semolina to the cabbage, mix thoroughly and simmer until the cabbage is ready.

5. Cool the finished cabbage and mushrooms, cool them and skip through a meat grinder.
